Hoʻōla Fitness Center
The Hoʻōla Fitness Center is an alternative to the run of the mill health club. Hoʻōla Fitness Center provides fun, fresh classes and activities that strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.

Mālama I Nā Pua
Mālama I Nā Pua is a health and wellness program for Native Hawaiian youth who attend Hawaiian language charter schools on the island of Kaua'i.
The purpose of the program is to raise health awareness among Kauaʻi keiki and provide the tools needed to make healthy lifestyle choices.

Mālama I Nā Pua services Kawaikini Charter School and Pūnana Leo o Kaua'i.
There are approximately 200 students in this program
The Mālama I Nā Pua Staff provide services to students on a monthly basis and offer a variety of olakino (health) classes and hoʻoikaka kino (exercise) classes within the school day.
Nutrition Education
Gain practical cooking skills while learning how to prepare vibrant, plant-based recipes that nourish the body. Impress your family and friends with your ability to bridge nutrition science and your dinner plate.
Program Details
Cooking Classes are led by our dynamic team of registered dietitians, Sharon Dela Pena, Aniase Soltren and University of Hawaii at Manoa Extension Junior Extension Agent, Hallie Cristobal, along with our awesome support staff.
