About Us
Hoʻōla Lāhui Hawaiʻi (HLH) is a Native Hawaiian Health Care System and Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to improving the health and wellness of Native Hawaiians and the community at large on Kauaʻi and Niʻihau. Rooted in community leadership and cultural values, HLH provides accessible, comprehensive care through its clinics and programs that support whole‑person well‑being.
Today, HLH delivers medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, fitness, and wellness services to individuals and families across the island. Guided by our mission to uplift the health and well being of our community with compassion, respect, and cultural integrity, we strive to ensure every ʻohana has the opportunity to thrive.
