Billing & Payments

Unless otherwise indicated by the patient, Hoʻōla Lāhui Hawaiʻi will submit claims to your insurance provider in accordance with your health plan. Any applicable copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket costs are the patient’s responsibility and will be billed accordingly.

Pay Online

For statments received by mail from Ho'ōla Lāhui Hawaiʻi. Use the "Pay Bill Online" button below. You will need your patient account number, which can be found on the statement.
