Hoʻōla Lāhui Hawaiʻi (HLH) has two mobile clinics to serve Kauaʻi. The mobile clinics bring medical primary care to various sites around Kauaʻi overcoming the transportation barrier that many residents face. It also makes medical care convenient for those patients who do not live near our main clinics. The mobile clinics do not provide urgent care, and users of the mobile clinics must be HLH patients.
Maʻiola represents the power to “wipe away illness” and is the deity invoked to restore wellness and vitality. Maʻiola serves the south and west side of Kaua'i with regularly scheduled clinic days at the Kauaʻi Philippine Cultural Center, Hanapēpē Salvation Army, Kekaha Enterprise Center, and the Lima Ola housing in ʻEleʻele.

No Insurance?

If you do not have medical insurance, please bring a Photo ID and a Copy of your Family's Income stubs from the past 2 months (paycheck, unemployment stub, Social Security Income, welfare financial sheet, etc.) to see if you qualify for the Hoʻōla Cares Program.
