GOAL: To improve the quality of life of pediatric asthma patients and their families.

OBJECTIVES:  Reduce asthma related:  (1) Emergency Room visits
                                                               (2) Hospitalizations
                                                               (3) Unscheduled doctor office visits
                                                               (4) School absenteeism

METHODOLOGY: Clinically diagnosed clients are case managed and provided an educational pathway. The pathway consists of three modules that vary between fifteen to twenty minutes.
